The Union aims to enrich the working environment and build
close relationships among staff, thereby increasing their job
satisfaction. Many visitors to the company are impressed by the
creative, dynamic but also joyful working atmosphere, as
witnessed by the striking displays of bulletins and caricatures
along the corridors.
The non-business life of FPT Software is also catered for
through a
wide range of activities offered all year round. Among 11
existing clubs, each staff member can find one which matches his
or her general interests such as movies, photography, or health
and beauty. There are plentiful sport clubs and leagues for
those who want to keep fit and challenge themselves, such as
soccer, swimming, dancing. In addition to annual celebrations
like International Women’s Day (8 March); Vietnamese Women’s Day
(20 October), and Christmas, we have exclusive events such as
FPT Software Men’s Day (3rd Saturday of July), and the FPT Corporation’s
Anniversary (13 September).
In terms of internal communications, we publish “Cucumber”
newspaper, “Flat Eye” magazine, administer FPT Software’s
Intranet and Blog and broadcast the “Voice of FPT” (VOF) during
company break-times.
