was able to scale out 350 people with appropriate skills at
peak time;

3-phase roadmap
was a success which was evidenced by the sound progress of
the project and the created favors for change management;
-
Our expertise
and experiences in frameworks and tools were made full use
of which proved to help reduce work load and keep the
quality stably at high level;
-
To make sure the
compatibility and smooth coordination in a multi-stream project,
a System Management Division was established to early identify
the problems and quickly response them as well as emerged
problems during the whole process.
